Autumn Exhibition 2021

Malcolm Fairley are delighted to announce our latest exhibition of metalwork, cloisonné enamels, textiles and other related works of art from the Edo and Meiji Periods.

Including a rare carved and painted Kyogen Kitsune Mask in the form of a young fox, produced from hinoki (cypress) wood and painted on a base of gofun (white pigment made from shells such as oyster). Edo period, circa 1750

The catalogue includes new acquisitions for Autumn 2021.
